To lose weight naturally and keep it off, follow these three simple steps:
1. Get all the nutrition possible. The key to this one is not to deprive yourself. Think of trying to reach a quota of quality foods, instead of denying those foods that you know you shouldn't eat. Get all the nutrition possible with the acronym FST CHOW.
F - Fiber (from fruits, vegetables, nuts, and oatmeal.
S - Salt (natural sea salt, not table salt. This will help eliminate harmful acids throughout your entire body)
T - Tea (will cleanse your body of toxins stored up as body fat. Make sure it's herbal tea)
C - Chlorophyll (dark green leafy veggies like spinach and kale. These will actually build your muscles better than meat and eggs)
H - Healthy meats (grass-fed beef and chicken, organic. Meat is important but should be a small percentage of your overall diet)
O - Oils (focus on coconut and olive oil. This may be the hardest one for most people because of the whole "low fat" craze. But good oils actually speed up your metabolism and help you burn more fat! Eat up.)
W - Water (so vital to be properly hydrated. Drink your water in the form of fresh-squeezed juices, teas, sole, aloe vera juice, and plain water. Drink a liter for every 30 pounds of body weight).
2. Keep exercising with the goal of tone, not bulk. Do 20-30 reps of each exercise. If you can't do that many reps, you're lifting too much weight. Keep the weight light. Also, do body-weight exercises with full ranges of motion to keep your body looking toned and balanced.
3. Go to sleep by 10:30 every night. Your body can't get healthy if you're burning the candle from both ends. Also, how can you crave that midnight snack if you're sleeping?
Follow these 3 steps and the pounds will melt away. If you need help, just ask. chris@FSTworkout.com, www.FSTworkout.com
